Send claim and investigation reports securely
Reports full of health, financial and personal details go to many different insurers, case managers and law firms, each with their own portal or none. SendRight protects every report with AES-256, sends it from your own email and gives the password a different way.

Who it's for
- Loss adjusters and claims assessors.
- Insurance and fraud investigators.
- Workplace investigators, sending reports and witness statements to employers and their lawyers.
- Rehabilitation and return-to-work providers.
- Independent medical examiners and medicolegal practices (see specialists).
Why it fits claims work
- Any recipient: it works with anyone's email, so it doesn't matter which insurer or firm the report is for.
- A misdirected report stays locked: the password goes separately, by default as an expiring link in its own email.
- Their claim number on the record: who it went to, their reference, how it was protected and how the password was given.
- Photos and scans: site photos and scanned documents become one protected PDF.
Made for reports that travel
Any file, protected the right way
PDF reports get a PDF password, Word and Excel files get Office's own password, and photos become one PDF.
Password by another route
An expiring link by separate email (the default for insurers, firms and other organisations), a phone call or in person. Text messages are coming soon.
Coming soon: ask for documents
Send a claimant or witness a link to upload documents, encrypted on their device before they leave it. What's coming.
SendRight protects reports in transit. It doesn't decide what may be disclosed: privacy law, your client's instructions and the scheme's rules still guide that.
Questions from claims professionals
Do insurers and law firms need to install anything?
No. PDFs, Word and Excel files open in the usual apps once the password is typed in, on phones too. There's no portal, account or software for them.
An insurer asks for reports without a password. What then?
Health and personal information still needs reasonable protection under the Privacy Act (APP 11), whoever asks for it. Our email templates for record requests were written for medical practices, and cover the same conversation.
Does SendRight work with insurers' claims portals?
No. Where an insurer requires its own portal, use it. SendRight is for the reports and documents that go by email.
